In the weeks leading up to your quit day, you’ll receive three coaching videos. These videos are carefully crafted to guide you through releasing attachments to smoking, managing any withdrawal symptoms, and preparing your mind and body for the transition. Available anytime, these videos allow you to build the skills and mindset needed to step into your new identity with confidence.
Congratulations! Your quit day has arrived. You’ve put in the work, and now it’s time to release your grip on cigarettes and fully embrace your new identity as a non-smoker. With all the mental preparation you’ve done, this transition may feel easier than you imagined. During your Quit Smoking Hypnosis Session, you’ll cement your new identity, allowing you to step into a healthier, smoke-free future with confidence and strength.
To ensure your success as a lifelong non-smoker, we provide a Reinforcement Hypnosis Session. This session is designed to be used for 2–4 weeks after quitting, addressing any lingering attachments or triggers that may arise. By reinforcing your commitment and strengthening the Foundations of Success in your subconscious mind, you’ll maintain your new identity with ease.
